Not every therapist you meet will be the right therapist for you. I offer the option of an initial telephone conversation to help you decide whether I am the right person to work with and for you to ask any questions that you may have. This is also an opportunity for me to understand what your requirements are and for me to find out more about how I can help.
Counselling works best when attended regularly. Clients typically attend once a week for face to face counselling and each session lasts up to 50 minutes in duration.
As well as counselling in person, I am able to offer Zoom and telephone counselling.
I am also available for home visits. Please contact me to discuss this further.

I have recognition to provide private health care via AXA Health Care, Aviva, Vitality, Alliance Health Corp and Aetna International. Please request an authorisation code from your private health care provider. Please contact me for further details.
Please give 48 hours notice should you wish to change your appointment, in order to allow another person access to counselling if they need it. I reserve the right to charge for missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
